I'm a bit over putting obituaries up here & social network sites. But that's what I'm becoming known to do amongst my circle of friends. I dunno if I like being known for that, but shit, someone's gotta give props to these people, right?
Yesterday we lost the Godfather of Go Go. Today we lose the Queen of Disco. And once again, it's down to fucking cancer. Sad times.
Donna was a beast. Many a red-blooded man / woman's fantasy, and responsible for a legacy of bonafide hits. The original crazy, sexy, cool.. I don't know about the crazy part, but the other stuff's true. She leaves behind a bunch of tracks that will keep all manner of dancefloors sweaty 'til the end of time.
